Diverse Background and Early Life
I come from a diverse background, being born to Moroccan immigrant parents in Spain. Growing up in a multicultural environment, I was raised speaking Berber at home, and by the age of three, I had already mastered both Spanish and Catalan at school.
This early experience not only gave me fluency in multiple languages but also instilled in me a strong sense of adaptability and the ability to navigate culturally diverse environments with ease.
Education and Transition to Germany
During my early education, I pursued an administrative and accounting vocational program in Spain. However, my life took a new direction when my family moved to Germany when I was 16. This transition required me to adapt quickly, and I spent two years learning the language while revalidating my academic qualifications. Despite the challenges, I successfully completed my secondary education in Germany, which is a testament to my perseverance and ability to overcome obstacles.
Building Technical Expertise
Driven by my passion for solving problems and working with my hands, I chose to pursue vocational training as an industrial mechanic. This role gave me the opportunity to combine my love for problem-solving with technical expertise in mechanical systems. Through my apprenticeship, I developed a deep understanding of technical processes, gaining skills that allow me to now integrate technical knowledge with digital problem-solving. I completed my apprenticeship with excellent results, demonstrating my dedication to mastering new skills and exceeding expectations.
Professional Experience and International Exposure
After completing my training, I worked as an industrial mechanic, where I applied my technical knowledge to optimize and repair systems. When the global pandemic and economic crisis affected the business, I took the opportunity to explore new career paths. I transitioned into a role as a field technician, working both nationally and internationally across Germany and beyond. This experience strengthened my teamwork, communication, and project management skills as I collaborated with teams from different countries, adapting quickly to new environments and challenges.
Transition to IT and Product Management
Seeking to combine my technical and digital skills, I pursued a career as an IT Digital Product Specialist through the Franklin Institute. Here, I discovered my passion for product management, problem-solving, and collaborating with diverse teams to create innovative solutions. My industrial mechanic background gave me a strong foundation in technical understanding, while my digital training enhanced my ability to think strategically and manage complex projects. This combination allows me to approach problems holistically and deliver solutions that are both technically sound and user-friendly.
